The current construction projects include building the Christian Community in Mexico, Missionary Homes in Angola, and Student Dormitories for the International University of Central Asia in Kyrgyzstan. Using low cost prefab PU sandwich wall panel that are already cut to the right sizes, each construction can be done in a short time period and with just $15.00 per square foot. Besides being cost efficient and easy to build, the PU sandwich panels are also recognized as an environmentally-friendly product that is made of recyclable materials. PU Sandwich Panel

PU Sandwich Panel (Polyurethane Sandwich Panel) is a kind of architectural panel made by layering aluminum coated steel plate on the outer layer, rigid polyurethane board in the middle, and aluminum-foil paper on the inner layer. Thus, the resulting three-layered product is called a "sandwich" panel.

The outer steel plate is not only strong to with stand impact, heat, and corrosion, it also comes with a variety of styles and finish colors. The material used in the middle layer, polyurethane is widely used in high resiliency flexible foam seating, and insulation panels. It has great heat-insulating as well as sound proofing effect. The inner aluminum-foil layer, with the high stable chemical property of aluminum, has excellent durability and low water absorbency. This three-layer composition has made PU sandwich panel a great choice for structural usage.

About the Prefabricated House

All the components of the prefabricated houses are produced in the factory and assembled on site. There is no wet operation, no noise, no powder and rubbish. It doesn't destroy the ecological vegetation. Each house's exterior appearance can be perfectly amalgamated with the surrounding environment to reflect naturalness and harmoniousness. When the building needs to be taken down, the steels can be completely recycled to reduce the grey construction waste.
