IUCA Building Needs

Kyrgyz government recognizes the value of IUCA in building the next generation for the country and is willing to partner with us by providing us some vacant buildings for our future use. They promised us three old dormitory buildings which are between 35 – 50 years old which have been vacant for at least 15 years. The government may grant us these building for use for 49 years and if we spend money for renovation, they may serve as offices, small classrooms and dormitories as we expand.
The estimated cost for renovation for each building may be around $150,000 - $200,000. |
